Agreement meeting – This meeting is designed to present you with a Purchase Agreement and to give you, the homebuyer, all necessary information as well as a clear overview of the buying process. 3. Apply for your loan – The community sales manager will refer you to our Preferred Mortgage Companies that will make financing your home as easy as possible. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can to make this a very smooth and painless process. 4. New home orientation – When you have received your loan approval and your home is complete, a representative of North Green Condominiums will walk you through your new home room by room highlighting various features found in your home. 5. Closing – on your settlement day, you will arrive at the Title Company. At this time the Title Company will explain all of the documents that will be finalized and executed.
